The brewery's recipe and process offers a crisp bitterness, balanced malt flavor, and a refreshing finish with a hint of honey comparable to traditional Pilsners. In Germany the attitude is, if it's brewed like a beer and tastes like a beer, it's a beer.  Alcohol is just a variable.
