Margarita Pepino

Ingredients

  • 1 can Atmosphere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila or Mezcal (low alcohol recipe) or 1 oz Almave Blanco (no alcohol recipe)
  • 1 cucumber (cut half of it into coins and half into ribbons) 
  • 1 oz lime juice 
  • 7/8 oz agave syrup 
  • 3x dash of orange bitters
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a glass, add in 3 dashes of orange bitters and fill it top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils.  Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.

Garnish with cucumber ribbons


Spagett

Ingredients

  • 1 can Atmosphere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 2 oz Campari (low alcohol recipe) or 2 oz Phony Negroni (no alcohol recipe)
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice 
  • lemon peel (garnish)
  • rosemary sprig (garnish)
  • ice for serving

 

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a glass, and top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.

Baker Sunset

Ingredients

  • 1 can Atmosphere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 1 oz Bourbon (low alcohol recipe) or 1 oz Spiritless Kentucky 74 (no alcohol recipe)
  • 1 oz tangerine juice 
  • 10 pomegranate seeds 
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice 
  • 0.5 oz ginger syrup 
  • Orange peel (garnish)
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a glass and top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.

Garnish with orange peel

Marco Polo

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Atmopshere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 1 oz Averna (low alcohol recipe) or The Pathfinder Spirit (no alcohol recipe).
  • 1 oz ginger syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • Ginger slice (garnish)
  • Ginger candy (garnish) 
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a glass and top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.


Skewer the ginger candy.

Classic Michelada 

Ingredients

  • 1 can Atmosphere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 1 oz Vodka or Tequila (low alcohol recipe) or Almave Blanco (no alcohol recipe)
  • 3 oz Bloody Mary mix 
  • Lime wheel (garnish)
  • Tajin rim (garnish) 
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

Coat glass with Tajin rim. Pour all ingredients into glass and top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.


Garnish with lime wheel

Pink Metal

Ingredients

  • 1 can Atmosphere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila (low alcohol recipe) or 1 oz Almave Blanco (no alcohol recipe)
  • 0.5 oz grapefruit juice 
  • 3 oz pink grapefruit soda 
  • Grapefruit crescent (garnish) 
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into glass and top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.

Fireplace Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 can Atmosphere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 1 oz Brandy (low alcohol recipe) or 1 oz Spiritless Kentucky 74 (no alcohol recipe)
  • 1 oz spiced cranberry syrup 
  • 7/8 oz lemon juice 
  • Mace (garnish)
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into glass and top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.


Grate mace over finished drink before serving



Bramble On

Ingredients

  • 1 can Atmosphere 0.0 Pils, chilled
  • 1 oz Gin (low alcohol recipe) or 1 oz Ritual Gin Alternative (no alcohol recipe)
  • Blueberries 
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice  
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup 
  • Mint crown (garnish) 
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

Muddle blueberries and place in into glass. Pour remaining ingredients into glass and top it with Atmosphere 0.0 Pils. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.


Garnish with mint crown.
